Turks & Caicos is the perfect get away from reality. It has beautiful, peaceful, white beaches with crystal blue aqua waters. This island has a reputation for as an exclusive getaway.

Grace Bay

This 12-mile beach has great waters and powder like sands. It is located in close proximity to a golf course and plenty of shops and restaurants. The beach is ideal for snorkeling and reef diving. Some of the island’s most well liked restaurants are sheltered along Grace’s shore, as are the most popular hotels.

Bright Reef

smith reefThis reef has a variety of mini caves and crevices that you can explore. There are sea turtles and many colorful fish. It is great for the kids due to its shallow waters and close proximity to the shorelines.

Provo Golf Club

This is an 18-hole golf course surrounded by indigenous plants and pink flamingos. It is well manicured with all the aesthetic appeal of the Caribbean. Tee times are available every day from 7 a.m. until sunset; it costs $180 to play a full round $95 to play nine holes.

Smith’s Reef

This reef is full of sea life such as stingrays, turtles, lobsters, and many brightly colored fish. You can enter the reef area at three different points: north, east and west access.

Turks & Caicos National Museum

This museum exhibits the island’s natural history, its former slaves, and information about local shipwrecks. There’s a lot to see and do spread out on the museum’s two floors, in addition to a museum shop and library. It has a library and souvenir shop. General admission is $7 and is open Monday through Thursday.

Provo Ponies Horseback Riding

At Provo Ponies the horses are friendly, warm, and loving. Rides cost $75 an hour. Monday through Friday, Provo Ponies offers two guided rides per day (at 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.).

Middle Caicos Caves

The Middle Caicos Caves is the largest chain of limestone caves in the Caribbean. The cave has recorded history of the caves dating back to the 1880s. It is recommended that visitors wear non-slip pony ridesshoes. Tours cost $10 per person.

The Palms Turks and Caicos

This hotel is an ideal retreat for the whole family. The guest rooms range from 640-square-foot junior suites to one-, two- or three-bedroom suites. Each comes with at least one king-sized bed, a private balcony, and an espresso maker. They have a gym and a 25,000-square-foot spa. The Regent Grand

This resort-style hotel overlooks a beautiful beach and is surrounded by a tropical paradise. It offers 52 apartment-style units.
